Your Hosted Dashboard
You can sign-in to Envato Hosted using your Envato login credentials. If you don't have an Envato Account, you will be prompted to create one when you sign up to Envato Hosted. You can also create one here.
Please note, these credentials cannot be changed in the future and will link your Envato Hosted account to the Envato Market account login you use, which is where you will access your theme downloads.
Your Envato login credentials may also be used to sign in to this help center to request support at top-right.
Your Envato Hosted Dashboard is where you manage all aspects of your plan:
- Managing Domains
- Site Stats
- Email Routing
This login and dashboard is separate from your WordPress Dashboard where you manage your site content.
Payment & Subscriptions
Payment details are entered at time of signup and housed on your Envato Build Dashboard.
Once you have completed the signup process, you’ll receive a welcome email that includes lots of helpful info and links about Envato Hosted.
Your WordPress Site Admin
When you sign up you will receive a WordPress Site Admin Username and Password - these credentials will be used to manage your WordPress site.
You may login to WordPress by clicking the WPADMIN button in the Plans section of your Envato Dashboard until your domain is fully activated OR by visiting your url followed by /wp-admin/
To reset or request a new password, click Lost your Password? and enter the email address used to create your WordPress login.

Subscribe to Update Notifications
We take care of your WordPress updates and server-side configurations, but to ensure your site remains stable and running you will need to ensure your theme and plugins remain updated. You can subscribe to update notifications on Envato Market via your Downloads page so you know when a new version has been uploaded for you to use. For all other updates, they will appear in WordPress under Dashboard > Updates.
Setup Your Domain
You will be greeted by the Envato onboarding wizard to gather some basic information about your site, including your domain details. You can use a domain name you already own, or register a new domain via the Envato Hosted signup page. If you don't have a domain yet, we will generate a temporary URL for you to use until a domain is added. This only adds the domain to WordPress.
Domains hosted elsewhere will not point to your new Envato Hosted website until you change the DNS servers to ours, so it is safe to add them to WordPress as soon as you can. You can access your site from the temporary URL until you're ready to switch over.
The temporary url is your domain followed by .routing.envatohostedview.com. Example: http://yourdomain.com.routing.envatohostedview.com
Please allow up to 48 hours for your domain to fully resolve to your new site once DNS changes are made.
Once your domain is active, you may access your WordPress login page by browsing to your url followed by /wp-admin/.
Example: http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/ or http://yourdomain.com.routing.envatohostedview.com/wp-admin/

- How to Add or Transfer a Domain to Your Envato Hosted Account
Envato Hosted is not an email host. If you plan to use an email address on your site that uses an inbox @ your domain, you will need to setup Email routing (you do not need to do this for public services like gmail, yahoo, outlook, icloud, etc.)
SSL & HTTPS
Adding SSL to your site improves its Google rankings and is required for sites running eCommerce. Right before you are ready to launch your site, switch your site to https easily following these steps:
Envato Hosted supports server-related issues and questions, WordPress general questions, and Theme setup/usage questions for the theme included in your subscription. To get help, click Support in your WordPress admin and search for a self-help article - if you can't find anything you may open an email request to us via that form or under Get Help below.
If you need assistance with a theme or plugin you installed yourself, please contact the author of that item via the theme or plugin support page. We are happy to help direct you to the right place if you're unsure!
