Revolution Slider is missing or not installed, LayerSlider is missing or not installed, Visual Composer is missing or not installed
When you first access your new Hosted account that uses a theme which bundles the above plugins, you may find they are not installed.
Step 1 - Check to see if you must install them yourself
On some themes, you will be prompted to begin installing required plugins:
Click Begin installing plugins to be brought to the Required Plugins Installer.
Click Activate on the Required plugins.
- Recommended plugins are optional.
- You may activate more than one by checking the box next to the Plugin title, then choose Activate from the Bulk Options drop-down and click Apply.
Some themes come with their own plugin install page, such as Avada:
Click on Avada > Plugins, then click Install / Activate on the plugins you wish to load.
Refer to your theme's documentation for detailed steps on how to install bundled plugins, if needed.
Step 2 - Contact Support
If you do not have a Plugin install notice or option under your theme's options menu, and bundled plugins are not listed under Plugins, or you receive an error when you attempt to install or activate a bundled plugin, you will need to contact us to get them installed for you. This can occur if you use a tool such as WP Reset to wipe your WordPress install.
For Hosted customers subscribed for 3 months or more, you may also find your theme package on your Hosted account dashboard, which you may download to access copies of any bundled plugins to install yourself.
